1. MORNING DELIVERY - 6 DAYS A WEEK
(Tuesday to Saturday daily deliveries)

General Delivery & Order Information
We're baking your goods at night and will be delivering to your doorstep during our night run or early each morning to ensure the freshest possible baked goods.
Depending on your location our drivers will start delivering each day:
Houses: 1am to 10am - Boxed and wrapped for safe delivery
Apartments: 7am to 10am - Delivered to the door.(add in delivery notes when to be delivered).
Offices: 8am - 10.30am - add in delivery notes when to be delivered)
We will make all deliveries within the above windows.
Please ensure you have given us your correct address and given your mobile number with your order as our driver will send a SMS once the order is dropped off at the front door.
Special Circumstances: Run out of a product
Our bakers will try to fulfil all orders but from time to time our bakers might run out of a product so we will replace it with a product of similar or greater value.
Product missing?
If you are missing something from your order and you didn't get a substitute of similar or higher value, please email delicious@bakedandco.com.au with your order number and we will process a refund within 24 – 48 hours.

2. CUT-OFF TIME
Cut-off time for the next day delivery is 1:30pm.
3. ORDER IN ADVANCE
You can choose the preferred delivery date from the calendar box up to 30 days in advance.
