  • What is this?
    This is our way of showing our appreciation. You’ll earn points for activities on our site, like referrals and purchases. You can use them to earn discounts off purchases, so the more you collect the more you save.
  • Who can join?
    Anyone with an account is automatically enrolled.
  • How do I earn points?
    You can earn points for all sorts of activities, including referring friends, and making purchases. To see all the ways you can earn points just scroll up!
  • Can I use my Loyalty Points with discounts or promo codes?
    Unfortunately, Loyalty Points cannot be stacked with any other discount or promo codes!
  • Why can’t I see my points?
    You can only view your Loyalty Points when you are logged into your delicious club log in.
  • How do I redeem points?
    Super easy! Once you’re logged into your account and you've added all of the items you want into your cart, you will see an option to redeem your points on the checkout screen. You’ll be able to redeem points and use them as coupon codes on check out.
  • Can Loyalty Points Expire?
    Yes, points expire after 6 months of inactivity. This means if you take no actions to either earn or spend points for 6 months, they will expire. If they expire, your point balance will return to 0
  • I selected the wrong point coupon - how can I fix this?
    Unfortunately, you cannot switch point redemption coupons once selected; however, you are still able to use that coupon for a later purchase.
  • Can past purchases give me points?
    Unfortunately, loyalty points won't be received for purchases made on or before April 14, 2022.
  • Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?
    No. Go ahead and earn as many as you can!
  • What happens if a friend I refer cancels their order?
    If a friend you referred cancels their purchase, their purchase will no longer count toward your successful referrals.
  • I posted a review but didn't receive my points?
    To receive points when posting a review of the product or our company, you must do so through an email sent by after receiving a order. If you did not do this email delicious@bakedandco.com.au and our team will verify the review and add points to your account manually.
